I help international clients navigate the complexities of the US legal system. In the litigation context, I advise clients on pre-litigation options for resolving the dispute, help formulate a litigation strategy, and thoroughly litigate cases for maximum impact. In my trademarks practice, I help clients select and register their marks and protect them against infringement and unfair competition.
A straight-talker, I explain complicated legal issues to clients in plain terms and give them an honest take on the opportunities, risks, and costs involved in each course of action they are considering.
While away from the law, I go on walks with my family, practice calisthenics, play music, and come up with silly jokes about language usage.
