I am the founder of the firm and one of its partners. I currently focus on the strategic growth of the firm, while personally leading complex litigation cases and major transactions.

I believe technology is the engine of progress. That’s why I’m fascinated by the history of tech and enjoy experimenting with new tools. This passion drives me to develop new practice areas that keep the firm ahead of the curve.

My main mission at Buzko Krasnov right now is to build a solid foundation and a rewarding platform for our partners. To do this, I keep a close eye on global legal trends to guide our strategic initiatives.

Outside of work, I spend time with my family, go snowboarding and mountain biking, travel, read, and write extensively.

• Establishing a Joint Venture with Contract Obligations Exceeding $300M

Represented a Dutch shipbuilding company in a transaction to create a Joint Venture (JV) with a major Russian oil company. The JV was established to manage projects for the construction of multifunctional ice-class vessels in the Russian Far East.

• Launching and Leading the Firm’s Cryptocurrency Practice

In 2016, I launched the firm’s cryptocurrency practice. I have advised major exchanges (Kraken, Blockchain.com, OKX), wallet providers (Telegram Wallet), and hundreds of projects across the DAO, DeFi, and NFT sectors.

• Market Entry for the Turkish Exporters Assembly (TiM)

Guided TiM in establishing their Russian presence in 2018. This included advising on corporate structure, negotiating lease agreements, and structuring commercial contracts with partners.

• Series of Multimillion-Dollar Shipbuilding Disputes

Managed multiple disputes arising from complex shipbuilding contracts. These matters were heard in both state courts and international arbitration tribunals. Developed the client's enforcement strategy and led settlement negotiations.
